AVANTEC DATAFLOW, S.A. DE C.V. ("Avantec DataFlow"), domiciled in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide through dataflowerp.com, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

Data we collect

Through this site's contact form we collect: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the information you choose to include in your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes of processing

• To answer and follow up on your request for information, quotation or demo.
• To contact you regarding DataFlow ERP products and services.
• To keep an internal record of prospects and customers.

We do not use your data for any other purpose, nor do we transfer it to third parties, except in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

Where your data is stored

Information submitted through the form is transmitted encrypted and stored in Amazon Web Services infrastructure contracted by Avantec DataFlow, as well as in our corporate mailbox, with access restricted to sales and customer service personnel.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it (Access); to request corrections (Rectification); to have it removed from our records (Cancellation); and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition).
